A view of a refugee camp near Mae Sot that is home to 15000 people on December 19 of 2006 in Thailand. Refugees are not allowed to leave the camps and to grow food or work. Most of these camps, although been watched by the Thai government, are organized and supported by officially authorized NGOs. .The refugees organize themselves to improve their situation in Thailand while they wait the day they will be able to peacefully and safely come back to their land in Burma.
