People rally and shout slogans on their way towards the local healthcare centre which closes at 8pm tonight its emergency hours on January 14, 2013 in Tembleque, near Toledo, Spain. A total of 21 centres, specially in rural areas, in the region of Castilla-La Mancha, are eliminating emergency hours services following budget cuts and privatisations in Spanish health services.
