Health care workers react, as they finish their shift, outside the local healthcare centre which closed at 8pm tonight its emergency hours on January 14, 2013 in Tembleque, near Toledo, Spain. A total of 21 centres, specially in rural areas, in the region of Castilla-La Mancha, are eliminating emergency hours services following budget cuts and privatisations in Spanish health services.
